Classes at both studios will be canceled on Sept 1 & 2 for Labor Day.
"Kristina’s “Slow Flow” class on Wednesday is the perfect “hump day” workout. The process of actually slowing down each yoga pose slows down your mind and instills a calming effect to your body. Whether or not you are a long time yogi or a beginner, Kristina advises all to listen to your body as you get into your pose(s). She has a very welcoming aura and puts everyone at ease. Her wonderful sense of humor actually has us doing a little “laughing yoga” at times. I always leave her class with a feeling of a lighter spirit and a rewarding workout."
