Class Descriptions

We aim to offer a variety of classes on our schedule to help you balance life on and off of your yoga mat. Our instructors provide modifications so that everyone can be comfortable and reap the benefits of a regular yoga practice. Check out the Schedule page for dates and times! 

Yoga

This class offers a  well-rounded practice to connect breath with movement to create space in the body and calm in your mind. 

Yin + MELT®

A yin practice allows you to slow down and hold poses for several minutes utilizing props to help the body with alignment and release. The focus of this class is on exploring and deepening yoga postures combined with gentle MELT® Method techniques that stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissues that form our joints.

Gentle

This soft flow of postures helps you stay connected to the breath while holding or transitioning between poses. This class is perfect for all practitioners as it is excellent for developing and building a grounded yoga practice.

Yoga for Every Body

This class focuses on poses that are centering and grounding with emphasis on breath and alignment and listening to the body's wisdom. Yoga philosophy will be intertwined in each class to help students feel inner peace, relaxation, and a sense of renewal.

Men Only Yoga

This yoga class is designed specifically for men and has an upbeat soundtrack to help lighten the mood. Guys can learn the basics of yoga to help strengthen their core, improve flexibility, and increase energy, leading to improved overall health. 

ONE Community Yoga

A well-rounded class is suitable for all practitioners regardless of yoga experience. The practice of pranayama, sun salutations, standing yoga sequences, and deep stretching, all work together to inspire passion, strength, stamina, and power on and off of your mat. 

Rise & Move

Give yourself all the tools necessary to start your day off on the right foot and set yourself up for a positive, productive, successful day! Rise & Move honors an individual's energetic levels earlier in the morning. This class allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, warm up and energize the body, set an intention for the day, and leave class ready to move through the rest of your day with vitality and equanimity.

Strength/Cardio Circuit Fit

Join us for a 45-minute circuit training class that will give you an amazing full-body workout to start your day! Class will include dynamic movements to increase core temperature and get the body ready for improving cardiovascular health and muscular strength and endurance. **light dumbbells and bands will be used.
