Personal Training and Sports Conditioning

Powers of One offers one-on-one training as well as small group training. If you are looking for a personalized program or the opportunity to work out with friends in a private or semi-private setting, this is the perfect option for you. Appointments are coordinated between you and your instructor/trainer and are held in our studio or our private fitness center.

Personal training allows our instructor(s) to develop a plan that is specific to your needs and to help motivate you to work towards your goal. Whether your goal is to deepen your yoga practice and learn more about the amazing benefits yoga has to offer or if your goal is more fitness oriented and you want to compete in certain sporting or fitness events, we have instructors that can help you!
