Updated! Return to Roanoke

Posted on Thursday, May 13, 2021

We are excited to start the transition to more in-studio classes versus online as we move into spring & summer and warmer weather. We miss your smiling faces on the mats! While we are all still adjusting to the "new normal", we appreciate your commitment to your yoga practice with Powers of One. We would not be here without your love and support. While we are making this transition, please read our new and current policies regarding scheduling, masks, and protocol. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to discuss them with the instructor or contact Valerie at 260-494-0222 or [email protected]

Schedule: Our schedule is available online-- virtual and in-person classes will be available. Some studio classes are also available online at the same time, so be sure to note your selection when registering. Some classes may move from virtual to in-person, and while we will do our best to notify you ahead of time, please pay close attention to any changes to the schedule.

Registration: You will still need to pre-register for classes at least 2-hours before start time via our website or MINDBODY app. We are still unable to accept walk-in for classes, so please be sure to pre-register

Class Size: Class size is limited to 12 people. We will also take this opportunity to incorporate a class minimum of 3 people to help us save resources. Notifications of any class changes will be announced 2 hours before class.

Masks: We will ask that masks are worn upon entering and exiting the studio and in common areas before and after class. They are not required while on your mat during yoga practice.

Cleanliness and Physical Distancing: We will have hand sanitizer and wipes available, and we ask that you sanitize/wash your hands before and after class. Indicators are marked on the floor to show where your mat needs to lay to allow six feet between mats on all sides. Please be courteous and maintain physical distancing before and after class.

Health: Please refrain from coming to the studio if you are sick or don't feel well (including allergies).

Props: We are strongly encouraging you to bring your own personal yoga mats. However, mats and props are available for use in the studio. We ask that each is wiped down with the provided cleaner when class is over.

Cancellations: Please be considerate when you need to cancel a class so we can offer the space to someone on a waitlist. We will charge a "no-show" fee of $15 or a class equivalent for those registered who do not attend or cancel. You can view all of the details on our new cancellation policy HERE.

Waivers: Each person will need to fill out and sign a new and updated waiver.

Thank you for your continued compliance and understanding as we all navigate this new world we are living in. We appreciate all of you more than you know, and we can't wait to see you!
