Yoga for Every Body

Open to new and experienced students, this class is truly for Every Body! Students will be guided through postures that are centering and grounding with emphasis on breath and alignment and listening to the body’s wisdom.  Yoga philosophy will be intertwined in each class to help students feel inner peace, relaxation, and a sense of renewal.

Yin Yoga

In Yin Yoga, the focus is on exploring and deepening postures that stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissues that form our joints. Postures are held for longer periods of time and done on the floor utilizing props to help the body relax into the postures. Yin Yoga is a perfect complement and balance to a more active yoga practice. It is a gentle, restful class that often includes readings and teachings on the philosophical aspects of yoga.

Men Only Yoga

A vinyasa style class with upbeat (rock and roll music) that is for men only. Provided in an environment that is non-threatening and non-competitive, this class teaches the basics of yoga to help clients strengthen their core, improve flexibility, and increase energy leading to improved overall health. All levels welcome.

Restorative Yoga

Relaxation is a forgotten art.  As a result of everyday demands of life we find ourselves building tension within the body; both physical and mental. Restorative yoga aims to remind us how to release and relax.  Through supported postures we allow the release of muscle tension, embrace the healing properties of the breath, and find balance within our lives by finding relaxation.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga uses asanas (postures) in harmony with the breath to cultivate a balance between our physical, mental, and spiritual bodies. Although an umbrella term, Hatha Yoga is safe enough for beginning practitioners and challenging enough for the experienced yogi. This class incorporates the Iyengar method, pranayama, and philosophy derived from the 8 limb path.

All Levels

Dynamic, active sequences of asanas synchronized with the breath are designed to cultivate vibrant energy for life and provide the foundation for this vinyasa flow yoga class. This class is designed to cultivate passion, strength, stamina, and power. Pranayama, sun salutations, standing yoga sequences, deep stretching and final relaxation are all integrated into one amazing class suitable for all practitioners regardless of yoga experience.

Enjoy a strong and beautiful practice of flowing asanas where you can create space within while exploring new challenges on your mat. Suitable for all levels.

VinCore Restore

It's true. Nearly every yoga pose can be a core workout if you activate your core, but our VinCore Restore class offers so much more than that. By moving mindfully, you'll be able to explore what your mind and body need and with suggestions and cues offered by the instructor, you'll be able to adjust the poses to give your mind & body what it wants while also feeling inspired, strong and refreshed.

Mat Pilates

This class is a multi-leveled class that will utilize the fundamentals of Joseph Pilates Method to include concentration, control, centering, fluidity, precision and breath control.

Concentration - Be present in your mind and your body. Pay attention to your movements and note how your muscles respond.
Control - Using muscle control. Each movement serves a function.
Center - All “energy” used for pilates exercises initiates from the powerhouse and flow outward to the extremities.
Fluidity - No static, isolated movements. Dynamic energy and grace is emphasized over speed.
Precision - Every movement has a purpose.
Breath - Breath is cleansing to the bloodstream through oxygenation. Deep breaths using full inhalations and exhalations replenishes the body with fresh air to energize and revitalize the body.
Integration - To see your body as a whole. Each exercise uses every muscle in your body simultaneously.
