Youth Yoga Series: Chilled Out Teens Yoga

The end of a school year is a relief, but making sure teens have enough energy to make it through the last of the semester may feel difficult. Research shows that taking at least 20 minutes a day for relaxation recharges the mind and the body for continued function. Chilled out Teens Yoga creates a mindfully designed experience to un-plug from the stress and tune-in to their own needs. Yoga classes will focus on self-regulation skills, integration, and relaxation. Students will practice poses for clarity of mind, anxiety relief, and restore their systems. Appropriate for ages 13-18. This four week series is designed as a companion to Wired and Tired, but participation is not a pre-requisite. Click here to register!
