HIIT & Fit: Six Week Challenge

Breathe some new life into your fitness routine and join our first-ever Fitness Challenge Group at Powers of One! HIIT & Fit is a six-week program for a small, committed group that will focus on building strength, flexibility, and clean eating to help you reach your fitness goals! Heather Drebenstedt will coach, train, support, and motivate you throughout the program. Participants can look forward to accountability, inspiration and of course, great workouts! Meet weekly for a workout in our fitness center, and then keep the motivation up throughout the week by connecting in an online community via a Facebook private group page. •Dates:  Thursday, October 25th - Thursday, December 6 (there will be NO class on Thanksgiving, Nov. 22)

•Group workouts will be held weekly in the Fitness Center (314 Main St, Roanoke, IN 46783), and a private Facebook Group for added accountability and support will start on Sunday, October 21st. 

•Price: $150/person

•Participants will receive:

  • Fit tests and goal setting session
  • Resistance Bands for home workouts (provide 2 workouts/week)
  • Journal, including workout log
  • FB Accountability group w/ motivation, recipe ideas
  • Meal ideas (not a meal prescriptive meal plan)
  • Weekly workouts on Thursday at 6pm at the Fitness Center
