Back to Basics: Seated Postures

This series will focus on a variety of seated postures including forward folds, backbends, hip openers, and twists. Students will explore variations and modifications of the postures with a goal towards finding stability and ease in these sometimes challenging poses. Learn safe technique, proper alignment, and the many benefits of these asanas as part of your practice! Pre-registration is required- reserve your spot here!
